A.R. Elangovan教授为国际著名的组织行为学专家，论文发表在诸多顶级期刊上，包括：the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the International Journal of Conflict Management, the Journal of Managerial Psychology, the Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, the Journal of Management Systems。他曾荣获加拿大最著名的教学奖--the 3M National Teaching Fellowship，并被维多利亚大学授予杰出教授称号。
